Shipping policy

Shipping is to be arranged by and between you and the respective provider(s)/dealer(s) of the product(s) that you asked for. After you check out, you are to receive by email the stub(s) confirming that you may claim the respective product(s) from the respective provider(s) /dealer(s) of the product(s). Each such provider is to to be referred by Us (urgo-mymy-0.myshopify.com, being the “Site ”/ "Store" / The My My ! General Store / My My ! by URGO / Us / We / Our(s)). A provider may be e.g. a platform, an etailer or a bricks-and-mortar retailer. The store will identify each provider in a subsequent email. A provider may, in turn, noiminate a dealer. Paying any tax(es), handling and any ancillary shall be between you and that provider/dealer. Arranging delivery of the product shall be between you and the provider/dealer. Any subsequent refunds, returns or adjustments shall be between you and the provider./dealer. In the event that we determ9ne that either a producer or a respective provider aren't available to fulfill the respective transaction, we reserve a right (without having any obligation) to offer you - at our discretion alone - either a reasonable subsitution or a refund.
